I had given my car to Go Mechanic on 18th of July 2022 for full car painting, car servicing, uplifting of car chaises, front and rear bumper replacement and sunroof repair. They first of all took for days for quote generation then did not start painting till July 28th till I visited the garage and the owner of the garage told me that Go mechanic people did not tell him about the urgency. I needed the car before 4th Aug as We were expecting guests on 8th Aug 2022. Later they told me roof cannot be done as the rubber bidding was missing from the roof, I had never given the car for repair before this to anyone and my roof was stuck due to non usage and rubber bidding was never touched to be missing. On 8th Aug night I received the car in the night when I had to leave for airport to pickup my relatives, and the go mechanic people were not handing over the car to us unless we made payment. When I insisted that I won’t make the payment unless I examine the car completely they fought back saying I don’t want to make the payment and I had to call my security to make the. Leave. When I checked the Car in the morning all seats were covered in paint, the paint job had big lumps, the bumpers were not fixed, the roof was closed with plastic, the central lock was spoilt and was difficult to open and dicky was leaking since ruber bidding from the roof was not fixed properly and windows were not closing with rear mirrors spoilt completely, When I showed it them they did not agree and when I started taking video to post it online they agreed for all the mistakes and asked me to give the car for which I refused doubting there wrong intentions.
I told them I will only pay for the repairs done properly and wrote an email to them that car was dirty at the time of delivery and roof was not done, bumpers fixed were poor quality and paint was not done to make it look new so I would only pay 30k instead of 71k which they claimed they started threatening me diar consequences and never reverted to my email but started writing a seperate email.
My car was returned in a damaged way and I want them to charge me fair price and not charge for work that has not been done.
