Hi,
Recently I had Go Mechanic service my car which had no issue. A complete oil change service and also I wanted them to change an injector plug which was ripped off by rat or something. So now they got the car. They said they need to do to comple overhauling of the steering wheel which I already did 1 year back with kun hundai service in chennai. And also they want me to do the disk flattening ( smoothening) So this go mechanic is in koyembedu, chennai and its service manager is kamalesh. I told them to do the work as I thought he may know better abt my car as they are machanics. But after giving them approval to do it..I watched so many disappointed customer in forum and that made me realise I had been fooled to do work on the car for them to make money. They charged around 19k. Which is not really required. Anyways. The main reason to post a complain is that. 1) kamalesh Go mechanics said he would give 6 months warrenty over whatsapp for the work which they did for my car but he did not respond after I paid money. 2) after 4 days of service from them I saw the oil leak and when i asked abt it, kamalesh said he is in hospital and can send people after lockdown. But the garage is open for new customer to be only cheated again. So far for the oil leak, I found a local mechanic and he told me that they did not properly put the filter and cap underneth the engine and also I need to put additional 1 litter of oil to replace the spiller oil. 3) the injector is not replaced as they don’t have the stock and only repaired. But when they took my car for work they clearly said they will change. 4) unnecessary work is done without any complaints from me to make me pay more to them. And many are trapped like me by Go mechanics. Please take my complain and request you to help.
