my car AC stopped working in march 2022 and i sent my car to Go mechanic for Coil change and paid in full.
my Car AC was still low but i didnt use my car much after that as it is a second car in the house.
The AC completely stopped working on 7 July 2022.
I called the executive and told him, he asked me to wait and he will get the car towed and check it once, then reply.
after scheduling it multiple times, the car was picked up 3 days back.
and it was sent to another service station of GoMechanic only.
the person owning that franchise outlet has clearly said, the coil was never changed.
please note, it is the same franchise.
their own people have confirmed, the coil was never changed,
now they are saying it is false and are denying to change the coil as per the bill.
i have the bill and all phone call recordings.
