I met with an accident back in March 2022. My car was hit badly from backside and the whole Dicky was damaged. As I had only third-party insurance, I approached Go MECHANIC SERVICES for the repairs. On March 28 I gave the car at the nearest Go mechanic services at Loni Kalbhor, Pune. Mr. Shirole Savaleram was given the charge and Mr. Vishal is the head mechanic. I got an estimate of 1 lakh 5 thousand for all the repairs. On April 12 i have approved to get the work done and paid an advance amount of Rs 40, 000 on April 21. Since then there was hardly any follow up from either Shirole or Vishal. I kept calling them they were giving the same excuse that they were not getting parts and the work is on. This happened for 4 months. I was so frustrated waiting for so long and on September 3 2022 i have raised a grievance complaint to go mechanic. They haven’t responded to my mail even, I have sent a follow up mail on September 6 2022. All that i received in response was (Thanks for reaching out to us. We’ve received your request. Our team is actively working on your request, someone will get in touch with you shortly). After this Mr. Shirole started following up and was sending me the images of the work progress. They said the work will be done by September 24 2022. They said they have completed the work and on September 28 2022 they delivered my car. It was raining heavily and couldn’t get a thorough check of the car. I wanted get the pooja done so they delivered the car at nearby temple from my place. After the pooja when i wanted to go home, Car was not starting, Battery was discharged completely. When i enquired about it he said coolly we tried to charge the battery but i guess it is discharged. It was lat in the night at 8 30 and my car was stuck, Vishal tried to convince me to take the battery from him and the old battery’s warranty is expired and i will not get any replacement. He came and replaced the battery and since then I have been asking him for the bill and warranty, he didn’t provide me. The total amount paid to them was 1 Lakh 17 thousand. I called Mr. Shirole told him about the unfinished work he has done, I have been following up with them since September 28 and it’s been a month there is no proper response from them. (The car was not washed thoroughly inside before handing it over, Inside music system below the part is missing, which they are still saying they are not able to find the part, Stickers are attached, They have done only the dicky part, they didn’t even enquire with me what all work need to be done and whole front part of the work was not done, they have charged huge labour charges for every small work separately, Front door can’t be opened properly as it makes sound due to the dent, which was not removed. Back lights are not getting on. Water tanker lid was missing.) In short, such hopeless incomplete work was done by these ppl. I am attaching all the pictures with reference which was taken immediately after the repair and the condition which it was handed over to me.
