I had booked flights to and fro Mumbai- Go-Mumbai in January 2020 for trvel in May 2020. Since the flights got cancelled I have sent multiple emails and twitter communication and calls to Goair.
But they just keep repeating the same line again and again that we are working on it. You will get refund within 7-10 working days. This has been the case for last 8 months.
Nobody is taking the matter seriously and I feel goair has no interest or intention to refund the money.
I am getting fed up of following up for my money. It feels as if I have to beg for whats mine.
Please let me know if theres any other channel through which I can raise my complaint so the Goair may take the issue seriously. They just want to defraud customers is what I feel
