On 27 April 2022 evening 6:35pm was the flight from Varanasi to Bangalore, we are the 6 people from same family in one group booked flight and checked in at the airport while boarding the flight air hostess forcefully stopped all our 5 members saying not to board we will send you in other flight and it was shocking for us and even after so much of request I get shouted on us not to board saying your luggage is with us no point in going inside and and no seat at all, how can they stop us forcefully not to board which we booked the ticket one month in advance and stopped us while boarding time , one granny age of around 70 years in the wheel chair and she was completley sick even they forced us to stop and granny was not able to sit not sleep and she fainted and slept near the counter of go air..
