Text of Complaint by Santosh kumar:

I have booked my ticket (PNR NO. ODWYXK) for 22nd march 2020 in go airlines but the same was cancelled by the airlines due to Janta curfew. Again I rescheduled the ticket for 01 june 2020 and the same was cancelled by the airlines without any reason and assure to book the ticket for the same passengers for the next one year from the date of booking.
Now the airlines rescheduled  the ticket itself without any intimation/request on 13th March 2021 at very higher price where as the ticket price in open market of the same airlines is cheaper. I don’t understand that how a reputed airlines did this act to forefeit the customer money. the airlines didn’t respond any of my mail and its customers care said that it is their policy.
I feel that the intention of airlines is not good and does not want to return my money . As the ticket got cancelled by the airlines there is no my fault then why would i suffer.
As far as I know that it is the DGCA guidelines that the airlines must be returned full amount to the customer if the flight cancelled due to covid 19 but in spite of the clear cut guidelines go airlines play this tricky game to reshedule the ticket without any intimation to customer and forefeit the customer money.
I appealed all the competent authority to look into the matter and return my money. .
