Hi Sir,
I am compelled to write to get the justice as i have failed to get refund for the the flight cancelled by GOAIR.
I booked the flights on Feb 18th from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad through Go air website directly and Due to COVID-19 the flight was cancelled. My PNR No’s are PY3G3D & QY5H3D.
GoAir Airlines dont care anything about its customers and it is the most irresponsible and worst customer support to customers. They dont answer the phone calls.
i have been chasing the GoAir for full refund immediately and didn’t get any response from the Call centre.
As I do not have any plans to travels to India Till December 2021 So i expect to get full refund my money as Supreme court order immediately
