I have booked a go air flightG7-702 from kochi to jaipur,PNR -GDLW2U departing on 31st oct at 13;50 hrs on 12/sept /2020..the flight was cancelled from their side due to unknown reason and i didnt got my booking amount refunded till now..kindly look into the matter
