Go Air not giving my refund of ticket booked with their Airline

Text of Complaint by Mohd Shariq Khan:

I have booked two ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai on 30.03.2023 in the name of 1) Mr. Ishtiyaq Ahmed Khan & 2) Mrs. Hamida Ishtiyaq Khan for the journey commencing on 18.06.2023 with Go First Airlines and I have paid about Rs.12,000/- for the said ticket however on 18.06.2023 when I went to the Airport for my Journey from Lucknow to Mumbai with Go First Airlines I was shocked to know that the Airlines is closed since the month of May 2023 and they never informed me about the closure of their company through SMS or Mail therefore I had to book another ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai with another Airlines which cost me around Rs.25,000/- which I suffered loss because of Go First Airlines thereafter coming to my destination on 19.07.2023 I tried contacting Go First Customer Care for the refund of my ticket amount and they assured me that they shall give the refund of my ticket as soon as possible however till date my refund is not been initiated by the Company and I have contacted Go First Customer Care several times but they are giving me lame excuses for refund of my ticket amount therefore I hereby request you to kindly take appropriate action against said Go First Company for refund of my aforesaid ticket amount from them and stern action shall be taken against them so that they shall be dealt according to law.
