Hi, I had booked 4 tickets for Delhi to Mumbai on 25th may 2023 via make my trip for GO AIR.
Since suddenly go air went unoperational, the flights got cancelled and I had to book a more expensive flight, not only that my refund is pending for more than three months now with no response from MakeMyTrip team. Every time I urge them to refund my money they ask me that they will only be refund in the money once they will have it from the airline.
I am not concerned about go air. The only thing I know is I paid MakeMyTrip the entire fees for the convenience fees, airport fees and every thing they asked me including the airfare, since MMT was also making money/ commission on the flight, they are also liable to pay back and get me my refund.
I need to get my money back. This is a simple case cheating and harassing the customer due to their own internal politics with the airline.
