Flight Number: G8-206 from Leh to Delhi got cancelled by you a week before the departure date of 9th July, 23. My PNR is V2LIXE.

It has been over 45 days that I have still not received the refund of the cancelled flight. This is highly disappointing and really not appreciated. Attaching screenshot for your reference.
Requesting you to kindly acknowledge this email and process the refund as immediately as possible.
