I have booked flight from Pune to Chennai for my travel on 13th December 2021. On 2nd December I received a SMS regarding cancelation of flight by airline due to operational issues. I contacted airline to check alternatives but they don’t have any flights and then I had asked them to refund the amount and they informed that since I have rescheduled the earlier flight (paying additional rs.3000) I will be refunded only the fare difference of Rs.1777/- and the rescheduling fee paid by me will not be refunded. When the airline has cancelled the flight why I am being penalized with Rs.3000/- they didn’t have any reply and just kept saying it’s as per airline rules.
I sent my grievances via mail to feedback@flygofirst.com on 3rd December 2021 at morning time. I have not received any response except the service request number G8-01674155 at 9:18am 3rd December.
As there was no reply and I had to book another ticket I have sent another mail to go air nodal officer on 7th December at 11-18 pm at their email id nodalofficer@flygofirst.com and appellateauthority@flygofirst.com.
Till Date I have not received any communication from the airline and do not know if they are looking into my complaint. I have already paid huge amount in rescheduling my tickets and the airline have cancelled the flight and unnecessarily penalizing me for no fault of mine. I request your intervention in the matter as per the law.
