Text of Complaint by Sanjay Kumar:

I parked my car using fastag for 4 days at RGIA Airport Parking which is under the control of GMR Infra. On the 4th day when I exited the Airport, I was asked to pay 2500 by cash or UPI.

Ideally it should have been deducted from my fasttag but it did not.

I paid the toll plaza by UPI and when asked for a receipt, they denied.

I want the payment receipt and the GMR staff at the RGIA Airport Parking has been denying to give.

Please help me in getting the receipt
