Hi I recently went overseas and did not consciously choose any data pack as it was a short stay and Wi-Fi is available in hotel. When I receive Airtel bill they have automatically installed roaming data pack saying it is done out of goodwill gesture.
When I did not ask them to install any pack, they themselves installed and now are asking me to pay by due date which is couple of days now. Their response time of complaint itself is 4 days and they just close complaint tickets in their Airtel app without addressing any query or providing rationale. It’s an absolute fraud company and Airtel bills have been exploding like anything over years. They also took away my low rental plan suo moto and forced to take higher plan leaving no choice some time back. Such fraudulent practices they engage to increase their revenue.
