I have uploaded the video I recorded using a mobile screen recorder while playing 1000 Rupees deals rummy my cards froze, I complained to customer service, they said it was internet issue and denied the refund, whereas it was not the internet issue, it was only that in the App the Cards froze in the game. And because was which I lost Rs.1000 in an unfair game.
