I purchased a book of GK GS on 30 August 2023 and made the payment online. It’s not about payment but the time which this organization has wasted. And today it is 15 October and it’s been 45 days and till now I haven’t received the book which I ordered for the exam purpose. Whenever I call the customer care they always tell lies and they are telling lie for about a month. They always tell that book will be disaptched and will reach to you within 3 days and it’s been 45 days and i haven’t received the book till now. Nobody is responding on whatsApp and the customer care people are telling lies like they are getting the salary for giving wrong information to the customers and not behaving good. Please take strict actions against exampur and ban this app and the employees. The CEO of exampur is Mr. Vivek.
