Sir,
As due respect my order id is 0D126140288661044000 my order got in pending so i contact with flipkart help executive for the resolving in that case he assure me that my order is successfully placed and i dont need to order the product again if there is a recorded call on your system you can listen to it but in the last moment of the sale named as big billion days my order got cancelled and then too my icici card was not eligible for offer that was giving discount of 3750 before the first order now the same product above 10000 at the listed price in the sale so thats the huge loss of me due to carelessness of your staff and providing the wrong information to a regular plus customer who have bought products of 1 lakh plus in this sale it is a huge disappointment for as a customer so kindly look upon this matter or else am leaving this platform
