I ordered unwanted hair removal pack in Instagram page which is called jatadhari.ayurveda. They offered Buy one get one offer and there is only prepaid services available for that page and I received one pack only. When I raise the issue with them they told that it’s their packing staff mistake will send one more pack soon but they didn’t send any other pack, if I’m asking for that they told that it’s already dispatched like this they told the same statement for 1 month after that they didn’t respond for my message or calls

Sorry for inconvenience, But we sent your parcel with 2 products, Due to bad courier service that time it lost one pack and one reached to you and even after that we sent 2nd pack as well but as you wanted in 2-3 days that was not possible, whatever normal delivery time take 5-6 days it usually takes and you reported here and even after received the product you didn’t erased this complaint message.
