I have purchased the Auto Pearl Wheel cover.
While purchasing I did not purchase it to return it – I have attached all screenshots of the order screen and the car and all my details.
I have been on 7 different calls – Made to hold the line for over 25 minutes and I got hung up on. I have been troubled and wasted over 3 – 4 hours for a mistake that is not mine. I always verify my vehicle compatibility before I place an order (EVERYTIME).
Even after providing all the information requested by your team – You have asked me to wait for 3 days as you have to investigate.
I just want to make sure and I am clearly stating that the wrong product has been sent to me – I would request you to double verify the images I have added to this mail.
Please don’t extend the date of my return and then ask me to keep it – I have been given a wrong item and I shouldn’t be forced to keep it. Please do the needful.
