Text of Complaint by Tarun Kumar:

I purchased a smart watch fireboltt Talk Pro Bluetooth Calling on 28.9.2022 vide invoice number OD126116357477121000 through Amazon India online by spending Rs 2299/-. But my watch stopped working completely within warranty period. I filed online complaint within warranty period on Fireboltt website under customer support service. In reply to my complaint, they asked me to send them photograph and video of the defective product. I sent them samr as per their instructions. We were in talking terms through e-mails and sent and received many e-mails during the due course to reach out at some solution. Finally, after approximately two months of our talk what I wasted on all this and facing harassment and even after sending too many e-mails, they sent me a watch without intimating me and even without taking any consent of mine, which is completely different from my earlier defective product. When I opened the box, I was totally disappointed after seeing the watch they sent. It was Fireboltt Talk 2 with seagreen colour which I don’t like at all. And further when I checked the price of that product online, it was less than half of my product and the same was of Rs. 1299/-. I received an email for closing the ticket by Fireboltt which was generated on my complaint. I sent them an another email that I am not gonna agree to receive this product and they may recall the product anytime. I just opened the box but never switched on the product. They sent me reply that as oer their company’s policy they can send the product in replacement which is available in their stock with the same specifications of the defective product. I again replied to them telling them that they have never taken my consent before sending me the new product. I don’t like the colour and style of the watch then how can I accept this product abd even half of the priced of my watch. But they didn’t bother and closed my complaint.
Thereafter, despite all this I forgot everything and tried to open and switch on the product they sent which I don’t like, but the same was also defected and does not switch on at all. I tried to charge it but still no response while on charging.
This is a big scam of the Fireboltt smartwatch company by selling the defective products with higher rates to consumers and when the consumers find them in trouble they send them with lower priced product just by saying that they did this as oer their company’s policy. Consumers like me feels helpless and can’t do anything despute making too much efforts, wasting their hard money and precious time to resolve the matter as consumers don’t have enough time and money to spend in all this. But the company is still continuously running their fraud business in full swing.
I searched online for filling complaint in consumer forum through online and I found this site. I have got some positive hope on this and writing this in detail. I have all the emails of conversations done between fireboltt and me. Kindly do the needful and provide help while taking some actions against such a fraud company.
