Text of Complaint by Allwyn J Rodrigues:

I had called the customer service in Oct 2021 for the cancellation of my BB connection as i was shifting to other place, Executive had taken the request and told the service will be cancelled but unfortunately they have not cancelled the service instead I keep getting calls asking me to pay, now they have made the bill from Oct 2021 till June 2022 amount of Rs 2004 /- when I had complained to Nodal I get reply asking to share the proof for the cancellation of BB, this is ridiculous, asking to pay some one for not using the service
