Text of Complaint by Sandeep Dhage:

Respected sir,

I got new airtel broadband connection. With that company offered me to upgrade my digital TV HD set top box to Airtel Xtream box. But when they installed Xtream box, they given me new customer ID. They even taken back my old DTH set top box. When I complained about it, they asked me cancel my old DTH account. But my remaining balance was not returned. My old DTH connection ID was 3018160149.
