I am Manoj kumar singh from patna bihar. I have buyed a micromax dual4 smartphone whose model no. Is E4816 and consists of 4gb ram and 64 gb rom from Amazon . after ten from buying it’s battery does not give backup and it’s whole body become warm in two minutes I have complained about these problem to Amazon and micromax but they are not solving it especially Amazon. I have emailed also many times that plz solve the problem but they does not .
