When we r on vacation at Mahabaleshwar. Sales representative forced for 1 hour seminar. We attended that seminar where they explain plan and taken sign in document. But when I received document its saying something different. I habe connected to multiple people from Royal club for resolution. Company rejected to take responsibility of his own employee commitment. Sales representative told me that you will get membership of 4 adult and 1 child in 2 Lakh rs plan for 25 years (given EMI option for 2 Lakh deduction). However, representative already dine 2 Lakh transaction and I am paying EMI for deducted amount of debit card loan. All promises are fake and do not have chain list of 5 star hotel as discussed. Evan not got plan as discussed.
