On June 6 2021, I purchased Samsung M31s through amazon and I was given a warranty for one year. But exactly after the two months of warranty completion the phone’s hardware is not functioning and at the service centre they told me that I have to pay Rs.9000 to repair my phone. But it’s been only 440 days since its purchase. I got this phone for nearly Rs.21000. When I contacted the samsung customer care there has not been a proper response. I am really frustrated.
