I am purchase mobile in offer period(7/10/2023)
My date of delivery 12/10/2023(via Ekart logistic).. and date change in your side 19/102023 any not reason..
my product arrived in nearest(kanchipuram) branch on 09/10/2023.. hold in order last 3 days in nearest hub..
I am visit in Kanchipuram branch every days this is not courier service office it is super market.. every day 100 to 200 people come to branch and collect the order..
Courier delivery boy ask him phone not delivery today our product available in him hub visit in hub and collect..
and product handling is very bad.. i waiting for above 3 hours but not response only ask product not found it is missing and I am serching.. and finnally told him please cancel for order..
customer service not available in Ekart logistic service and filpkart customer only ask wait next day or raise a complaint(this is not use)..
We pay you to buy things but you don’t value them and not support ur side..
With everything like this, how can we get things from you??
How can we give our products to a company with no customer service??
