Hi,
For some personal reason I have to move to another location so I made a request for shifting the location to (Visnagar, Dist – Mehsana) where in my area GTPL is never available.
So, I raise a request for refund amount or provide wireless wifi but since 30 days no positive reply from support.
I only used approx 1 month of wifi and that amount is very big for me in a pandemic situation.
So it’s my humble request to do needful action on that otherwise i have to go for consumer care.
