I have complaint for my product because of its malfunctioning they send me the same product again, then I complaint again for exchange and then they send me the old version of the product, when I start using it, it again creating disturbance so I complaint for the replacement because my product was in guarantee but then they rejected my complaint saying that I have complaint for wrong product….. The product which they sent me are disagreeing with their product.
