I have purchased MI 11X mobile but due to not giving battery backup I have return mobile on Amazon executive direction they also told me u will get full amount including exchange additional discount value. When I have not get amount on every call executive told u will get amount credit within 2days Or 4days. But received Rs. 5000/- and then their executive tell u will not get additional discount value of exchange. So u got less value. Please help me.
