My name is Mayank Sharma, I have very old Amazon account with number 9818364630 and l I have also started my business account few days ago bcoz of GST benefits, I ordered my first item a mobile phone iQOO 9t and 3 more orders after that, I wanted those 3 orders in gift wrap as for Diwali gifts but one two of them gift wrap available for gift wrap and that was ok, but i have selected rest 2 items in gift wrap, and i received my 2 orders today and first in morning and 2nd order around 30min ago, the morning order i receive is without gift wrap which wasted my time to wrap gift, i talked to customer care and received apologies from them as my time is wasted and 2nd order again i received without gift wrap and this is 2nd time it comes without gift wrap and again my time is wasted, now again i have to gift wrap the item and have to go far to wrap it….. again, i want to know why this is happen, I’m very old Amazon customer as you can see and this kind of casual behaviour I’m receiving as reputed client, which not serious and very unprofessional, i can’t return items now as I have to give Diwali gifts and demand compensation for wasting my time two times, carry on with my complaint or there is no use of Amazon account but to deactivate it permanently. But either way this really bad way to handle any client whether old or new, consider doing something about it
