I had order gift to be delivered orde number 44690725. First they delivered incorrect one. Than again they delivered incorrect. Now since its more than 24 hr they are saying its redelivered and today morning i receive message that is been delivered but the fact is that its not yet. I need a huge compensation on giving wrong assurance to avoid my complaint and not giving call back. Escalation team jas deep not receiving cals nor replying. Is this the way u handel escalation and provide service. I want an apology from mr ceo vikaas. And also compensation
