I purchased a gift card worth 5000Rs from Myntra on 3rd Oct for my friend. Don’t know what happened but there is no gift card mail with us. I am asking Myntra either resend the gift card with pin to the recipients email or at least refund the money. Myntra asked me to send my government ID proof to check my gift card. Why did Myntra ask ID proof from the customer to give back my money or gift card. In spite of giving the details, there is no response from Myntra till date. Help me either get my gift card or refund the money.
