I received two “Reward Card” from US-Matteress.com serviced by OmniCard. The cards came with an expiration date printed on the card, and in tiny print on the back, it stated that funds expire with the expiration of the card. I was not informed of these conditions when making my purchase with US-Matteress.com. I cannot inquire if there were any funds not used on the two card as the website that services these cards no longer exists and customer service simply states that the cards have expired.
