Dear sir,
I have sent a gift card to my sister for INR 2100 to email id nidhi.parik@gmail.com who is not my sister but when I enquired to my sister shesshe said my correct email id is nidhipk91@gmail.com. infact Amazon delivered the gift card to nidhi.parik@gmail.com but this Nidhi claims non receipt of any funds she lives in USA and she never had any Amazon India account however Amazon said it has been claimed by nidhi.parik@gmail.com as it was redeemed.when I told Amazon to debit that Nidhi Amazon account and credit my actual sister account they didn’t do it… I want to know the truth..inactual the gift card never went to actual Nidhi not to that wrong Nidhi. Where is the money…Amazon do not want to share the details nor they resolve my problem not they refund my money…I want you to help me..it’s not the matter of 2100 there system is not proper which is not correct if the amount has been large they would have responded just like this..please assist.
