Dear recipients, I made a hotel booking from goibibo.com on 24th of October at around 20:00 hrs and i paid the amount of Rs 10,64 Rupees through UPI via QR code. my money has been deducted from my bank and successfully transfered into their mentioned account. But there was no booking showing at their app when i checked out and then i raised a complaint to their customer care executive they said it will take time about 2 to 3 day and it will be back to your source but now it’s been 6 days still I didn’t get any response from their end and I tried to contact the executive but it not responded and I don’t have any option left please resolve my query as soon as possible i have raised a complaint on their app but always without resolving they mentioned that your query is solved but i want my money back they are the cheater they looted money they dont even have customer care facilities. now i am not even able to talk to their customer executive they are not reachable they are taking money from the middle class family and not even refunding our money back. please do my money back as soon as possible
