I have a Tata Sky connection. My registered mobile no. is 9999358255
My address is S.Lokanathan, WZ-276 (G-15) 1st Floor, Inderpuri, New Delhi-110 015. Landmark: Goel Medicos.
Yesterday I lodged a complaint with you that in my TV Ghost picture is coming.
The technician with mobile no. 8743906228 came to my home. He was standing before the TV for 30 minutes as people are standing in a Church. He went to the 4th Floor to adjust the Tatat Sky Antenna.
He told me the ghost picture is coming in one channel only – you have to change the Set of box which costs around Rs.1500/-. I do not know the reason. Then he told us to wait for 24 hours – if nothing happens call at this no. 9315065294. Today after 24 hrs. I contacted 9315065294, who told me to wait for 48 hours.
After that I was called by 8048131010 – the lady told that Rs. 150/- + Rs.15/- will be deducted from my account. I told her when my complaint was so far not been resolved, how can you deduct the charges from my account. She told me that nothing will be deducted from your account.
What is this – I do not know. Is it a Tata Sky or a Fish market.
Pl depute a technician who has the sound knowledge to attend the complaint.
