i ordered ghar soap combo offer in their web portal. now more than a month crossed still i dont recieved my order. Their customer care mail id responds with a prefilled template message that they are working to resolve. I feel am scammed by ghar soap team. Pls find complete chronology listed below. No or poor response from customer care, unable to contact them by other mode also.
1) 27 sep 2025 – order placed. My payment was success in Ghar soap portal.
2) By same day 27th of Sep, i recieved a call from different number asking to pay the full payment again through different payment mode again. I denied and asked for a reason. ( telephone coversion recording is with me)
3) I wrote a mail to Shar sap team. “support@gharsoaps.in”. for clarificaition for repayment and status of my order from my mial ID.
4) I got a response from “care@gharsoaps.in” with a tracking link for shipment. I was happy that somehow my oder was shipped.
5) by 6th Oct i got a whats app msg saying your order was not delviered (by shiprocket carrier) as you are not reachable. But no deliver partner or anyone called me.
6) next 3 delivery attempts same thing happened, also through whatsapp i have shared my delvier locaiton and contact # as well to the delveir company who messaged me about failure f delveiry attempt.
7) Meanhwile ghar soap portal order status showed as “Returned” to ghars soap banglure office
8) I shared same detials to ghar soap team, stating no delviery partner contacted me so for. Receiived response they are working for re-attempt.
9) from then till now ( 1 month) same mail they revert when ever i ask for the status over mail.
10) i cound not able to contact ghar soap customer care except that 1 mail ID. even in that they respond with stand template. i guess its an auto mated mail.
11) Not sure do am i scmmed, waiting hopefully.
