I had registered for Ghar Pe Shiksha membership…they called me to pay rs3050 (which I did) and after paying the amount, they gave me a membership for only six months. They also assured me that I will earn 40/45k a month by giving tuitions immediately after the day my profile was activated all the enquires were closed down and there were no new enquiries sent to me for the next three to four days. I called them and asked them to refund the amount I paid by me which they refused to give and assured me that they will provide me with new enquiries in Delhi itself. Further, their enquiries were probably fake as no one was picking up my phone. I tried contacting one girl who picked up my phone after calling her 3-4 times and treated me very disrespectfully. They promise teachers to provide them tuition of rs900 per hour, on the other hand, they promise the students to provide tuition of only rs100/200 per hour. I was in a terrible mental state and felt helpless as they were not even picking up my call. I tried contacting them from different phone numbers and within 2 minutes my phone was picked up. I spoke to 20/25 of their customer care agents and one of them assured me that the agent who basically controls all the financial and refund cases, will contact me which didn`t happen. I tried contacting kajal for two days(everyone was either disconnecting my call or making up reasons). On he himself called me and refused to refund my money and told me that he will work on my profile and provide me tutions, I didn`t receive a single legit enquiry. I was aware that they have a non-refundable policy but didn`t know that I will be deprived of my basic rights and will be duped of my own money. Their agents are mentally harassing me and I, therefore, want my money back as their services do not benefit me. Actually, it is all fake as I got the same feedback from others on their google account. I have also lodged a complaint at Jago Grahak Jago. I have all the requisite proof against them.
