Issue:
On 23rd September at 8:38 PM, I deposited ₹1837 into my GGBet account using UPI via PhonePe. The transaction was successful, but the amount was never credited to my GGBet wallet.

– Reference: Payment confirmed by PhonePe, not reflected in GGBet account
Attempts to Resolve:
I have made countless requests via:
– Live support chat
– Email communication
– Submission of over one month’s account statement for verification
In October, I received a mail from GGBet stating that the amount was not credited to them. Unfortunately, I lost access to that specific mail and cannot confirm the exact date.
Vision & Trust:
I submitted my full account statement to help GGBet verify the transaction. This reflects the trust I placed in their platform, believing they would treat customers like me with fairness and dignity. I expected them to check thoroughly and return the amount if they truly value their users.
Relief Sought:
I request GGBet to reinvestigate the transaction and credit/refund ₹1837 immediately, honoring the trust and transparency expected from digital platforms.
