My name is Aditya Kumar Mishra and I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I recently encountered with an order from Flipkart.
On 08/10/2023 I placed an order for a brand new laptop (Order ID: OD329360094368289100 ) through Flipkart. To my surprise and disappointment, when the package arrived on 24/10/2023, I discovered that I had received a used monitor instead of the laptop I had ordered.
This mix-up has not only caused me significant inconvenience but also left me without the essential tool I had intended to purchase. I am unable to carry out my work and other tasks due to this unexpected error in my order.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this issue. I am seeking a prompt replacement of the correct laptop that I originally ordered. Given the urgency of my situation, I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed with the utmost urgency.
