I have ordered one pair of footwear from shopcrocs.in and paid via simpl which is a pay later option and the ammunition was rs 2100. But my order got cancelled because crocs didn’t received any payment. But i paid that ammunition to simpl. From last 4 months I’m mailing crocs and simpl because i want my money back. I didn’t get any solution so i decided to order something again via simpl and not to pay them. Because this is the last option I had to get back my money. Now simpl is sending me messages and calls continuously which is so irritating.when I asked them about the crocs payment they told they can’t do anything only merchant can solve this and if i mail crocs they used to say they didn’t receive any payment.

I have been receiving threat messages from Simpl for last 1 year now. I have been ignoring this messages since i have been looted by such messages in the past. But now their messages are getting very disturbing and serious. Everyday they send Cyber Cell, Police Compliant and Court threats. I have never used Simpl in my entire life and this is messages are disturbing my well being. Request a strict action to be taken against them.
