I signed a agreement of work that was contacted in whatsapp for data entry job, where it was of 11month agreement and told if I am unable to do the work, I will have to pay 6700. As I am unable to complete the work I paid 6700, and from NOC department a called came from advocate who was from aurangabad (9638516614) told that if you want to cancel the agreement you have to pay cancellation charges of 150000, and if you want to continue you have to pay, 13500, which is not mentioned in the agreement. He told if you don’t pay by today, legal action will be taken.

I am getting threating message and email from that advocates I’d, for returning a sum of money for cancellation of agreement or for continuing if deposit money. That I will receive hard copy of legal agreement procedure under setion 73 & 74. Message also arrived from: BR-SMSHLP like this:
Mr/Ms. Banani Shikha Baruah, your ?Breach of Contract? case under the Section- 73&74 will be close after the Clearance of the dues towards the Court of Gujarat & company. NOC will be furnished to you as soon as you pay back your dues. Feel free to call 7265863156 for any assistance.
Plz suggest what should I do, they are asking 150000 to cancell the contract or 13500 to conitnue.
Will it affect or it’s a fraud. The advocate is from aurangabad as he said and talked very rough and asked me to pay by today anyhow without any given time or by informing me.
