I ordered a Tablet from PayTm mall via order ID 12978021354 on 1 Mar. Received a used product with scratches on screen and shabbily packed lead and chargers. Raised request for replacement (as refund not allowed on Paytm Mall). Despite submitting all pictures i have not been contacted by anyone. Order status is stuck at “Return Requested”.
Worst is there customer care number 01204606060 doesnt have any option to talk to customer care executive. After your enter all details it says”Contact us via sms sent to your mobile” but one never gets any sms.
As per website Grievance redressal process, escalated to nodalofficer@paytmmall.com and then further escalated to Grievanceofficer@paytmmall.com but to no avail.
Till date i have not received any kind of resolution or response from Paytmmall.
Obviously feeling cheated and being duped by a fraud organization.
