I have been receiving SMS inspite of being registered on DND and when complaint has been raised I get a text saying it’s non promotional in nature and problem is not resolved. DND means do not disturb therefore it is irrelevant whether it’s promotional or non promotional. Take the necessary action to stop these text messages.
