I have an Big Bazar Profit Club card which image attached with this Conplaint, since all oBig Bazaar outlets are closed from nagpur city we are unable to redeem or use the balance amount in card as Big Bazaar was taken over by Reliance Smart Bazaar, what happened to our balance amount in Big Bazaar Profit Club card, I want my balance amount back as soon as possible, either from Big Bazaar or from Reliance Smart Bazaar.
