Sir/Madam
I Sanjay Jha booked 5 bus tickets from paytm (Noida to Patna) with the above mentioned PNR numbers on 19 June 2020 due to the sudden demise of my grand father. As per the ticket the boarding point was at challera Noida and the time of departure was 3:30pm. But after booking the tickets when I contacted the bus operator on the number given on the ticket I found that the bus is not going to come at the mentioned place of ticket (due to border seal issue) and also the departure timing was 6 pm. So the bus operator told to come at Lal Quila Delhi. But due to my emergency I can’t afford 3 hours delay, so I contacted the paytm customer care and the agent advised me to carry my journey through myself and raised a query for my refund . But now after 18 days paytm is declining my request for refund stating that the operator declines the request. Sir it’s a a very humble request to you to please look at my query and help me in getting the refund as it’s all the fault of the paytm as well as the travel agency.
