I’m getting poor network on my jio sim due to which I’m unable to make calls and unable to use my data plan. I’m complaining about my problem to jio customer care mail id since 4th May,202 and they are responding to my mails that it will be recovered in next three days on my every mails they are writing same replies but they are not doing anything to solve my problem. Now, I’m so frustrated from them so I’m writing my problem to you. Hope so you’ll solve my problem as soon as possible.
