I would like to bring one major issue regarding my mobile network, from 24th March i have been getting my network as “NO SERVICE” and completely Restricted to MAKE/RECEIVE CALLS and MESSAGES.
I have tried multiple time to reach to the customer care through 121, but couldn’t connect to Airtel representative.
Also i have logged complaints through AirtelThanks app (No. 31-2894050844359 and No. 31-2894061244758) but didn’t get any response from Airtel side.
I know we all are dealing with a global crisis now and i understand the delay in response, but its really difficult to manage without being able to Make/Receive calls and messages.
