Text of Complaint by Dilip singh:

I have ordered 4 products in which 2 products of (shoes) got different and damaged product by your side.after raising the return request still solution not been provided by your side and your help support giving me the time line again and again since last 15 days and nobody cam to my door to pickup these products and marked my issue resolved everytime.
After escalation it’s been 15 days and still m struggling to get my money back and your support team is looking my concern since last 15 days.
Is this kind of service you are providing to me whis is still not been resolved since last 15 days.really I was trusting on the Flipkart that’s why I have ordered the things and but now I am totally fed up with your services you guys are not able to give me resolution since 15 days.
Why you guys are checking up my patience don’t know.
Request to you please provide my money back at urgent bcz it’s enough for me waited last 16 days. No body came to my door to pickup products and marked issue resolved and your support team asking for the time each and everytime is this kind of service you provide very shameful.
